Summer staff
The summer staff team is the backbone of our program at Camp Harvest. As a part of summer staff, your job will be focused on creating a fun, clean, safe and sacred space that ensures minimal barriers get in the way of God meeting with each and every student. As part of this team, you are committed to serving every week that comes in a variety of ways, and this role gets a front row seat to the ways God works at camp.

Student leadership team
The Student Leaders In Training Program (SLT) is a discipleship program that provides high schoolers with the opportunity to strengthen their servant leadership skills, grow in community with brothers and sisters in Christ, and sharpen their focus on building God’s kingdom. This program is designed to encourage students to seek God above all else and exercise their faith in tangible ways at camp.

kitchen staff
Kitchen staff is an essential piece of Camp Harvest ministry. Each and every student, leader, and staff member is impacted by the efforts and service of this team. This team requires attention to detail, problem solving, and positivity through day-to-day challenges, as we know God works in every piece of camp. There is a variety of roles in the kitchen, and this job is primarily seasonal with occasional opportunities throughout the off-season.
